Alexandra has been working in the digital media industry since the beginning of her career.
After a few years with Clifford Chance she moved from London to Switzerland to work as Senior Vice President for ISL, the legendary global sports marketing agencies of FIFA, UEFA and the ATP. This is where she really cut her teeth on international licensing business and sports media.
Then after several years managing Austria´s leading online ticketing agency with over 20 million tickets sold per year for concerts, sports and other events, Alexandra progressed to set up her own boutique consultancy advising digital and media companies on strategic, regulatory and legal issues. Amongst others, she helped online TV and VOD platforms clearing regulatory issues when going abroad, including negotiating licensing rights with collecting societies and rights owners.
Later Alexandra decided to put her own advice into practice and set up hip90.com, an online fitness VOD platform. In recent years Alexandra has taken advantage of her talents for business development and sales by supporting digital platforms, broadcasters and print media in expanding their business internationally and as in commercially exploiting their media assets.
Alexandra holds a PhD in law from the University of Vienna, an LL.M from the University of London and an e-MBA from the International Management School IMD in Lausanne. She loves life, contemporary art and sailing.
Claudia started her career as member of the legal department of a well-known teleshopping brand, before becoming head of this department after only one year. After realizing that a more broad legal practice might be useful she joined a small prestige Munich based law firm where she got involved in both media and other fields of law (e.g. corporate and inheritance law) during six years. With this expertise she joined the best-established publishing house for dictionaries where she mainly consulted the family owners in corporate law.
Claudia received her academic merits from the universities of Bonn, Lausanne and Mainz. At the latter one she worked as assistant at a chair of Constitutional, European and Media law. With her doctorate thesis she received the university award of Mainz in Media law in the year 1999.
